1. Who We Are
Aspire Alarm is an independent mobile application and its own standalone entity. We are not affiliated with any other business or organization.

3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To deliver alarm functionality including motivational speeches, custom audio and video alarms
- To process subscription purchases and grant premium access
- To send push notifications including alarms and wake up calls from friends
- To maintain game leaderboards and track scores
- To process referral codes and award premium access for successful referrals
- To identify and fix crashes and bugs
- To serve advertisements via Google AdMob (free tier users only)
- To communicate important updates about the app or your account
4. Third-Party Services
- Supabase: Database and authentication. Account data stored securely on Supabase servers.
- RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management. Purchase history shared to verify subscription status.
- Google AdMob: Advertising for free tier users. May collect device advertising ID (GAID).
- ElevenLabs: AI voice generation for roasting alarm content. No user data shared.
- Expo / React Native: App framework that may collect anonymous crash diagnostics.
5. Camera Permission
Aspire Alarm requests camera access solely to allow users to record video content for use as a custom alarm. We do not use the camera for facial recognition, surveillance, or any other purpose.
Camera access is entirely optional. All core alarm features work without it.
6. Advertising
Free tier users may see ads served by Google AdMob using the device advertising ID. Premium subscribers do not see advertisements.
To opt out of personalized ads on Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
7. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS. Data is stored on Supabase with row-level security. We do not store payment card information — all payments are processed by Google Play and managed by RevenueCat.
8. Data Retention
Data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Crash logs and analytics are retained for up to 90 days.

10. Account & Data Deletion
Delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete Account, or email contact@aspirealarm.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" including your account email. Requests processed within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and removes all alarms, uploads, scores, referrals, and subscription data.
11. Children's Privacy
Aspire Alarm is for users 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Contact contact@aspirealarm.com immediately if you believe a minor has an account.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
